	How much will it cost to cut my tree down? .
A.	Each job is individual. Therefore we take into account a wide range of factors, including your location, availability of access, obstacles,size of tree and job specification. .
	Will my favourite plants or shrubs get damaged? .
A.	Although every effort will be made to avoid it, occasionally things will get a little damaged, but it is surprising how quickly things grow back. .
	How much for a quote? .
A.	Quotes are free. We will provide a free written quotation for every job. Each quote is valid for thirty days. .
	Do we need access to your home e.g. electricity? .
A.	No, as long as there is through access to dispose of rubbish. .
	Do we have to supply you with tea and coffee? .
A.	Yes please and chocolate biscuits are my favourite, only joking! .
	What happens to all the logs/timber? .
A.	The cost of taking it away is included in your quote -unless you would like to keep for fires etc. .
	What happens to the branches ? .
A.	We will put all branches through our chipping machine and dispose of chipping’s unless you wish to keep them for your garden.
	What if my tree is protected (i.e.: tree preservation order)? .
A.	If you are unsure we will make enquiries s for you. .
	Do I have to be in? .
A.	No, as long as there is access to the trees. .
	What method of payment do you accept? .
A.	Cash or cheque, whatever is easiest for you. Payment is not due on the day. We will invoice you and you have 30 days to pay.
