Christmas 2023 shutdown and emergency support

Christmas is coming!
The studio will be closed from Friday 22nd of December until Tuesday the 2nd of January. While we may be full of turkey and mince pies, if there’s an urgent emergency, we can still help. If you need to get hold of us, please email support@bopgun.com, and one of the team will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss the matter.
Within your email, please include the following:
- As many details as possible in respect of the problem or issue
- What device you are using
- Include screenshots, and/or steps to reproduce the issue where relevant
- Details of your availability and contact details should we need to discuss the issue
Please note that this will be the only contact address monitored throughout the Christmas break. Fingers crossed, we don’t need to speak to you during this time, so everyone can enjoy the festivities and have a well-earned break.
