Brand: Areti
Founded in 2022, Areti is a growing recruitment agency specialising in the technology sector. They are different from most recruitment agencies due to their commitment to operating with genuine purpose. They embrace a more meaningful way of working, helping, supporting, and treating people with integrity, while striving to make a positive impact on the world around them.
Built on a real-life story, the business has a strong drive to work with like-minded people, not only within their internal team, but also with their clients and the wider community they serve.
The Challenge:
As Areti’s brand continued to evolve, they recognised the need for a new website that could more effectively communicate their journey, values, and long-term vision. The existing site no longer reflected who they were as a business or the depth of their purpose-driven approach.
Areti approached Bopgun to create a website that would clearly communicate this whilst highlighting their expertise and clearly present their services. It should also showcase the benefits of working with them and their unique approach. Most importantly, it should drive lead generation and support business growth, as well as attract top talent by positioning the business as an employer of choice.
Design Solution:
Bopgun designed and developed a new website that brought Areti’s values and personality to the forefront. A key focus was creating a clear, engaging structure that presented a large amount of information in small, digestible sections. Through load in animation it allows the user to digest what’s on the page at that moment before then loading in the next part, without feeling overwhelmed.
The homepage hero featured a bespoke animation that we designed to immediately communicate Areti’s ethos and set the tone from the moment users landed on the site. This visual storytelling helped differentiate Areti from competitors and reinforced their purpose-led approach.

The refreshed visual identity and homepage animation immediately engage users, clearly communicating Areti’s purpose and values from the outset. Alongside this load in animation where added to add dimension to the site as well as helping with the assimilation of informatioby only showing what’s relevant at that current scroll position. The improved structure and content now support lead generation, talent attraction, and future growth. Providing Areti with a scalable digital platform that reflects who they are today and where they are heading.
