With over 15 years of experience in designing showhome interiors, Andrew Henry Interiors decided it was time to branch out and launch a made-to-measure home window treatments and soft furnishings business, Thread & Dandy. Whether you’re decorating or moving into a brand-new home, their focus is to make your house beautiful with a unique stamp and seamless customer journey.


Challenge and Solution

Thread & Dandy wanted to integrate their skills while treating their customers to a great experience, which called for a specialised website with branding as plush as their high-end products.

At the heart of this project lies a bespoke fabric calculator that allows users to input their specific size requirements. Launching with over 1700 fabrics and products, the calculator simplifies the customisation process by offering tailored options that allow the user to create the perfect piece. With access to curated fabrics chosen by interior designers, the user can bring their vision to life with just a few clicks.

As a way to unite the customer experience and showcase Andrew Henry’s interior design skills, a section for inspiration and guidance was designed to ensure a multifaceted journey.

Overall, we’ve created a faultless and user-friendly website for Thread & Dandy, enabling customers to effortlessly transform their space. Along with a brand identity that perfectly captures the luxurious essence of their product.

"To give the customer the best experience we had to simplify the complicated pricing structure whilst allowing full customisation of the product. We took the complex pricing formula used in-house and built our own pricing calculator for each individual soft-furnishing. We integrated this into the front end so users can calculate prices on the fly - with more advanced options available to create their own personalised products."
