Embarking on the design, build and management of an exclusive retirement development, Albany Meadows needed an aspirational brand which appealed to a younger target audience.
Working with the existing corporate identity we developed a long-term strategic theme for the next phase of marketing. From brochures and exhibition graphics to creating a website, we explored the brand proposition and implemented it across all marketing materials to build an aspirational lifestyle.
The success of the website was noticeable in a matter of weeks with a big increase in organic traffic and user flows confirming people were navigating through the website as we had hoped for with increased engagement, page views and conversion to contact us steps.
